For Abstract Expressionist painter Naomi Blum, landscapes have been the major subject of her paintings. Naomi’s inspiration stems from the natural beauty and wilderness of the Catskills.
Naomi received a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Painting and Art Education from the College of New Rochelle. Her shows have ranged from a solo exhibition at the Marcello Innocenti Gallerie in Florence, Italy to a group exhibition at the Delaware Art Museum. She has won several awards in Columbia and Greene County exhibitions, as well as in New York City. Naomi works in both abstract and semi-representational styles.
